I built a little library/reading nook in my bedroom and while I have a comfy reading chair, I have often wished I had an ottoman or something to prop my feet up on. I'm pleased with its functionality and aesthetics. This footstool is about a foot tall, tall enough for several uses. The craftsmanship is nice, with a sturdy construction that instills confidence in its durability. The bamboo material not only looks great but also feels solid and well-made. The stool's low profile makes it an ideal choice for use as a shoe stool, allowing for easy access when putting on or taking off footwear. It's not extremely wide, so it tucks in small places easily, but it does give up some stability with that size. When using it as a foot-rest, I had to pay attention to where I put my feet to keep it from wanting to tip a bit. I didn't have that problem when sitting on it. The footstool is a nice height for use under my desk. It keeps my feet elevated comfortably. It comes with a half-dozen small, stick-on anti-slip pads for the bamboo feet. These pads prevent the stool from sliding around on tile or hardwood floors, providing a secure and stable base. It's a small detail that makes a big difference in practicality and safety. In terms of aesthetics, the bamboo footstool has a clean and natural look that complements various decor styles. I chose the natural look and tan cover, which go well together (see my photos). Very simple and easy to assemble out of the box (Took maybe 5-10 minutes) Comfortable to sit on outright (We do infront of our fireplace) but also a great addition as a foot stool infront of a chair. Simple and can't beat it for the price. Highly recommend

I found this stool very easy to put together. It's a nice height and looks much better in person than I imagined it would. I appreciate that the seller provided extra screws and the allen key they sent was very strong - I didn't feel like it was so soft it would break under pressure. Overall, this is a good foot stool and if you like it in the pictures, I think you'll be happy with it in person.

Multi-functional stool that can be used throughout the house. Currently I have it in my closet to have a seat when I put on my socks, but would also make a good ottoman, kid's or low table seat, or step stool. Assembly was relatively easy, all the holes were well placed and it came with everything needed to assemble. Cushion is okay, but the cover is removable in case this ever needs to be cleaned or replaced. Sturdy enough to comfortably support my weight but isn't as stable as say a proper foot stool so I maybe wouldn't recommend this for heavier or older people. Frame pieces are good, the shape on some of the supports weren't as even, but this was minor and only apparent up close.

Foot stool parts arrived in two sets, first set is with cushion and removable cover and second set is the foot stool leg parts, screws and tool. The instructions are clear, and was relatively easy to set up. Setting up the stool, it’s a good idea to not tightly screw in any of the pieces until all of them are initially set, the pieces do move a bit when you tighten them, so this would just help prevent misaligning the pieces. I did have a bit of a difficult time hand screwing in the padding to the feet, it wasn’t as easy to tighten as the other assembly. Using the foot pads, it doesn’t slide and the foot stool is leveled when place flat, no wobbling at all. The footpad is firm, but has a bit of give, its quite comfortable to use. Love that the seat color cover is removable, makes it easy to clean up when it gets dirty. Currently using it under my desk, and it is the perfect height for my feet.

I don't have a whole lot of room on my side of the couch due to crafting supplies and general overall chaos. I've tried other foot rests and they were ok - but took up a lot of space. I love this! I love that the cover is washable, I love that it has a small footprint, and I love that the wood is easy to clean. I am so glad I got it. Of course once I put something together and it goes out to the household population, somebody has to claim it as their own.
