Finally got my sons room finished and could set up the beds (I’ve had this for 2 months just sitting in the box). It fluffed up nicely after sitting for about 18 hours. We added a box spring underneath since it’s on the thinner side, but the medium firmness does help support your weight fine if you’re on the thinner side. Got this as a replacement for the mattress on my son's bed. We unpacked it and let come back to life overnight. There was absolutely no offensive odor associated with it. We put it atop an existing box spring mattress, so support is good. As a memory foam mattress, it is firm when you first lay on it, but it quickly softens and conforms to your body as it warms. REVISION: The seller reached out to me today 9/27/2022, regarding my negative feedback. They contacted me via phone call / voicemail and email. They apologized for the negative experience and thanked me for the feedback. They also told me that the listing had already been updated to remove the false information; and I'm happy to report that as of now this is true. Upon checking the item listing, it no longer states "Made in the USA" or any other false claims. They do actually care about their customers' and that means a lot these days. Because of this, I have decided to revise my review from 2 Stars to 4 Stars based on this customer service experience alone. Original Review Below: 8/31/2022 Let me start by saying I DO like this mattress! I got the "Full" size to convert my son's toddler bed into a "big boy bed" and it is true to size. It comes neatly vacuum packed and tightly rolled up, but was easy to unpack and cut out without damaging it. We were concerned that it would not be thick enough, however those concerns were unwarranted because it is plenty comfortable, even for me at 6'4" & 200 lbs. It is a bit thin/hard when sitting upright, but not when laying down. The instructions say to let it "air out" for 24 hours to allow it to decompress and let any chemical smells dissipate. In our case though, this was not needed. It came back to full size/thickness in a matter of minutes and there were no bad odors. The "slats" on his bed are eight inches apart, and this is sufficient support, but we have since opted to put a box spring under. I'd still recommend a solid surface or slats that are closer together because you can feel the slats (or gap between rather) when sitting upright. So, all in all, I actually give the bed itself a FULL FIVE STARS! Unfortunately though, I cannot bring my self to rate as such due to False Advertising. The listing very clearly says "Made in USA", however the tags on the bed itself tell a different story. See attached pictures for yourself, as they state that it is "FILLED AND FINISHED IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA" and the mattress cover is "MADE IN CHINA". It even states the "Importer/U.S. Records Location" further solidifying that it is indeed imported and NOT made in the USA. Thus the reason for reducing my rating to two stars. ... show more

This mattress was a great replacement to the one that has an indentation I use to have. It’s a bit firm but that works for me. It came packaged really well and was easy to remove out the box. Overall the price point was great and the mattress feels good!

    • Good, firm mattress - seem well made, no odors - just don’t expect a thick mattress.
Let me say first off, I am a side sleeper and because of that I prefer a soft mattress. My home bed is a 16” thick pillow top and I have a 4” memory foam topper on it. I really like soft and plush. I ordered this mattress for my boat bed. The original mattress is about the same size as a full. On that bed, I have 2 mattress toppers stacked on top of it because the original mattress is about as firm as concrete. My plan is put this mattress on top of the original mattress and then add a memory foam topper. So how is this mattress? It is described as medium firm. I’d say that is a good place to start. I gave it several days uncompressed before I tried it out. It seemed to get firmer on the 2nd or 3rd day. It is definitely firm. But even though I really prefer a soft, plush mattress, this one isn’t bad. Laying on your back, it is very supportive without being too hard. Laying on your side it is definitely on the firm side. I expected that my arm would go to sleep almost instantly but it didn’t. It’s still a little too firm for my taste and sleeping habits but I think with one mattress topper, It should be very good. It has a nice zippered cover that fits very tight now that the mattress is fully expanded. I never noticed any smells from the foam even though I didn’t open it outside and let it breath.     • Amazing Sleep
I didn't know what I was missing, but now I do. I've switched from an uncomfortable box mattress to a 4" inch box spring along with this 6" inch full mattress. It definitely makes for comfortable, restful sleep. I have a bit of difficulty getting on the bed, this new set is higher than the previous and the previous was a bit high for me (bed frame is also high). However, once I've managed to get myself up here, I'm in for some good sleep, really good sleep. The only draw back? Well, there's an online activity I like to do just after midnight. I suppose it worked best with an uncomfortable mattress, because now I'm sleeping through that time (and sleeping well! I can hardly emphasize this enough!). Thankfully, it's ok to sleep beyond the midnight hour lol. It's just such a change. This is an excellent mattress. No regrets whatsoever, and so very glad it was this mattress that replaced the former. Sleep makes such a huge difference in well being, and is conducive to good health. ... show more
