    • 1st one I ordered did not work upon arrival, 2nd one stopped working with 3 months
JUNK JUNK JUNK!! Ordered one for my husband for Christmas, had to send it back because it did not work properly. Ordered one for my parents received it on May 3, contacted seller that it quit working on July 27, asked for replacement. Emily (office supervisor) stated it was out of the 90 day warranty and would not work with me what so ever to make it right. I thought Aug 3 would be 90 day from May 3rd but apparently it's not.     • Cheap not good for massage
Easy to set up just attach the electric cable and the control to the unit. The massage rollers are cheap they make a lot of noise while massaging your back its not a smooth massage. My back hurt after 1 massage.
