This gate works perfect! It’s our third try at a way to block our hallway for our 12 week old 2lb Yorkie. He was blocked by the cardboard boxes but they were a temporary fix til we could find a solution. One that I wouldn’t kill myself stepping over. All gates we could find were too small for our hallway, huge, or way too expensive. Plus he walked through the the rails 🤦🏼♀️ This works great! It’s bigger than the hallway but the 4 hinged panel help in a way that I could block the stairs and the rest of the front room with my husband’s guitar gear from getting chewed, but it allows my little guy to explore a bit further. Plus there is a gate for my 9 year old. I still step over but it’s nice knowing I don’t have to. It’s well built. It feels heavy duty. I don’t have to attach it to my walls and he can’t (or just hasn’t tried yet) to maneuver between the gate and the wall where there is a gap because of the baseboards. But it is wood so I can attach a piece of wood to block the gap. The only setup is attaching the latches that screw on and base support pieces that slip on but I’m not sure they do a whole lot. They don’t touch the floor. Added bonus is that it’s pretty too!

I love this gate. I got the six panel and I have two Italian Greyhounds. They can jump over almost anything, but they don't jump over this. Plus, it's sturdy. I do not worry about them knocking it over on each other or moving it (sliding it) to get out. Everybody loves how it looks too! The only drawback is that it's heavy to carry. But that would not stop me from buying it again. Highly recommend!

It looks great and is visually nicer than the other baby/dog gates, but my dog quickly learned how to hook her paw and slide it open. Probably better for dogs that aren’t escape artists like ours!

I like the space it has, and it feels very secure for a small dog. Our pet is 7 pounds but she will be getting up to 20 pounds and I think this will work for a while.

This fence looks nice from far away. As you get closer you’ll see that the metal lines are crooked, there are some minor dings on the wood, one is my squares is broken. I kept it since it still works and I don’t have a box or the energy to get a new one and return this one.
