I love this wheelchair, but it does weight more than 30 lbs. with the batteries attached. I have to have help getting it in and out of my vehicle. After that, it is great. I can change speeds to go up a slight grade or when walking with someone. So far, I love everything about it!!!

Easy to use, light enough for one able person to lift into car, easy to use joystick although quite sensitive so slowing the speed helps prevent steering issues; no problem so far

Got this for my 90 year old mom who 'doesn't need it' but it makes me feel better for our time at outdoor markets, airline travel, and an upcoming cruise. She initially had difficulty controlling the joystick but found that she could reduce the speed of the chair, making it more easily controlled. It feels heavier than 35ish pounds when I lift it into the back of my SUV but is much lighter than anything else we've tried. It has a Bluetooth ICON on the control pad but I cannot get seem to find out if there is Bluetooth capability or an app. There is no mention of it in the instruction booklet and now the product is marked unavailable on Amazon. There is also no way to contact the seller, other than AI, who is not as smart as I am. I don't know that I would buy it again but I have had no problems with it yet.
