I wasn’t expecting to love this chair as much as I do, but wow—it’s so comfortable. The cushions are thick and soft, and the headrest is actually useful (not just for show). It’s the kind of chair you sink into and don’t want to get out of. The whole setup feels really solid and well made. The frame is heavy-duty and stable, and the rattan looks great—like something way more expensive. It also feels like it’ll hold up well outside, which was important to me. But what really stood out was the seller. They were super helpful and easy to communicate with—answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process feel smooth. It’s not every day you deal with a seller that’s this responsive. All in all, this chair totally exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, high quality, and great support if you need anything. Love hanging in my basket swing. It is sturdy and I feel safe sitting in it. I like at it has enough chain to let me swing left to right or back and forth -I can rest my foot on the metal frame and give it a gentle push to swing while reading or relaxing. The cushions are very thick, soft, and comfortable - cannot feel the basket underneath cushion while sitting. The reason that I gave 4 stars is bc the cushion cover has a zipper - but the cover is sewn on ?- not removable. I was able to get it into my washer. Keeping it clean is important to me bc I use it out side and tree debris gets on the cushion and in- between the folds. I bought a second one bc everyone wants to sit in it. I am happy with this basket chair. Use all the time. Love that it can fold up and I put it away for storms. Buy one it will be the star of your sitting area.

This product is pretty easy to setup, however, my only gripe is better instructions for the legs, as they need to be installed in a specific order for the feet to sit flat. Looks exactly as advertised, the material is great and is comfortable.

I love this new chair. It came packaged very well and easy to put together. (I'm 73 and did it on my own) It's so comfortable and swings so smoothly. The legs stick out pretty far, but I guess that's a good thing; just be aware of trip hazard. It's also a huge plus that folds for storage. I think I might buy another one
