I bought this chair it works well. My only complaint was that there were 2 broken parts when I recieved it. I did contact seller and they responded. I don't want to send entire chair back for 2 small replaceable parts. So I will get replaceable parts somewhere else. Also it is compact but for someone weaker the chair is heavy to lift at about 70lbs

Leg and foot plates need to be adjustable. Purchased for 5'6" parent has limited flexibility in one knee and the foot rests are too short. Need flexibility to extend or raise.

Not happy, the wheel chair has been malfunctioning and I have contact the seller several times with no response, I messaged Amazon with no reply. Mother in law is needing a functional wheelchair! Very disappointing in customer service and product quality!
