I was originally worried it might be too simple, but the simplicity actually lends itself to more imaginative, open-ended play. The house and people are pretty sturdy and seem well-made. The furniture is also mostly great, but one of the chairs came with a slight fracture in a leg and my toddler accidentally stepped on it and snapped it off. I was able to glue it back on and the rest of the pieces have stood up to a rough toddler. So, just keep an eye out for any existing damage. Otherwise, it's a great option for a dollhouse.

I got this WOODMAM Fold and Go Wooden Dollhouse for my Granddaughter. She will be 4 yrs old on her birthday, so I am saving this for that time. After opening it up and inspecting it (and playing for a little bit...LOL), I feel I should wait for this time. This Dollhouse is made completely out of wood and does have a little weight to it for her age right now. I fear her falling while carrying it or just too heavy for her, so I only have a few months till then. This House is so cute though. Comes with all the accessories to fill the house and two dolls too. You can arrange them any way you want, doesn't matter. Has a wooden handle for carrying, and a metal clasp for locking closed. This House is a nice size too. The craftmanship is nicely done too. I really like this Dollhouse, it's wonderful and just the right size for older toddlers. My Granddaughter is gonna love this. I already know that it will be staying here at my house for when she comes to visit. I like to have a variety of toys for her to play with and now that she has a new sister, my new Granddaughter, when she gets bigger she will be able to play with this too. I believe the price is reasonable for this Dollhouse. Definitely worth it, to see my Granddaughters face when she sees this. I Highly Recommend It. Would definitely make a wonderful gift for that special little person in your life. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION OF IT.

I got this as a present for my son for his birthday as he's been obsessing over all things miniature. This is fantastic. I love that it can be folded up and closed so he can easily transport it anywhere. The furniture and pieces it came with are a great addition. Unfortunately, one of the bits of furniture (the chair) broke almost immediately. That was a little concerning, especially as it could become a hazard for younger children. As long as that's the only issue, I'll keep my rating at four. I will update if anything else happens though.

This dollhouse is very well made. The wooden structure is sanded smooth and the elements are thick and durable. The painted colors are vibrant without being overwhelming. The best part is that it all folds up, with a little latch to keep it securely closed, and a handle for easy carrying. The furniture pieces are all moveable, and allow children to maximize their own creativity about which rooms serve what purpose.

This is such a quality dollhouse for little kids! I was pleasantly surprised. It is a good size, large enough that kids can easily move their dolls and furniture around the building without bumping and knocking this over, and small enough that it can be packed up and carried around easily. Everything is made with solid pieces of wood, with the natural color and texture of the wood showing through and complemented by red trim. There aren’t a ton of colors used on the furniture and interior, but the outside of the house is also painted to give the illusion of additional windows and plants. The two dolls and furniture are just the right size for my three year old’s hands, and simple enough to encourage imaginative play. I really like how the objects encourage imaginative play and the dollhouse quickly became a favorite toy of my child’s. This is a really excellent purchase for your or own kid or a birthday/Christmas gift.
