The media could not be loaded. I had a Lazer engraver before but it was not powerful enough to cut so I upgraded to this one. Very powerful, I've been having fun playing with it. One thing to know is the manual is on the included USB stick. It's a beginner friendly Lazer and was easy to set up. I chose to use light burn. There are a few things I was really excited about as well ,you can print with a micro USB or wifi on light burn bridge, so no need to leave connected to the computer and it has touchscreen.

What a great product, easy to learn and use. The product is just as great and the customer service is even better. It wasn't hard to assemble, just took a little time to play with it. It's great for engraving wood, slate, glass and burnt metal . I found tons of videos on YouTube and other online sources. Lots of content if you don't know how to use it.

The machine is easy to use and the size, quality of work, looks, and durability are great . I prefer this sturdy design over typical builds. Great for beginners learning how to engrave and cut afterward. Overall, this is a great laser that cuts very well.

This laser engraver is exactly what is described. Easy setup, ease of use and accurate. Laser etching within 30 minutes of opening the box. Software is straight forward plus there is a tutorial for it if needed . Would recommend.
