Despite the ugly warning sticker and serial number tag on one side, this countertop wine cooler is perfect. I suppose there might be a reason for the placement of the labels, but I wish the manufacturer would have put them on the back. Even so, that minor gripe isn’t worth removing a star. Not only does it hold normal-sized (750 ml) bottles perfectly, it also holds the taller style used for wines like Riesling and Gewertztraminer - again: 750 ml bottles. Naturally it would also hold smaller bottles as for ice wines, etc. I don’t get the gripes about bottles not fitting. Our old wine cooler was a brand name, and it WAS too small for some taller bottles. This cooler is roomier than that Frigidaire had been. OH- more importantly, I checked its temperature with an electronic thermometer. It is MUCH more accurate than our old cooler was. ... show more

Not happy at all with this product but apparently I’m stuck with it. I attempted to return it through normal Amazon return process and learned I had to pay return postage. The owners manual has very vague instructions and reads to use buttons that don’t exist on the unit. I can’t read Fahrenheit from Celsius, and there is a lock on the instrument panel that I cannot utilize or unlock due to the setting button that does not exist, according to the owners manual. The refrigerator is cooling the bottles of wine I have stored in them, but I have no idea what the temperature is or its limitations. I find this kind of ironic since ordering a refrigerated wine cooler is the whole purpose of knowing what the temperature is of the bottles you have stored this product completely failed that obligation . Sent a complaint to the manufacturer who responded and promised a partial refund and follow up customer assistance. Four days later, still waiting. ... show more

Love this refrigerator!! We bought this primarily for a cheese refrigerator to keep cheeses like brie and others soft enough for serving. I love that the bottom shelf is flat without a rack. It still easily holds bottles of wine on the flat rack. I usually purchase Black & Decker 8 bottle refrigerators and they last about 1 1/2 years each. Thought I would try this instead and am very pleased with it being horizontal. It doesn't take up too much extra room. All bottles (wine, Port, etc) fit well.
