It is hard to review a package deal like this. if it was just the Solo, it would be 5 stars, but the other items in the package brought it down a few points. The Scarlett Solo was one of the most highly recommended audio interfaces I could find, at least at this price point. It is built well, easy to use, and when paired with a good mic, is the perfect setup for any Solo audio situation. The Solo was great and the included XLR cable worked well, I assume (I didn't get anything in my recordings that would make me think otherwise, but maybe a more expensive cable would sound even better?) The main downside is the headphones. While they work, the sound quality is not the best, which can cause issues if using them as studio headphones. The build felt cheap and flimsy. While the package was ok for the price, I wish I would gave gone with one with different headphones.

We purchased this to set up the audio component for video streaming of our church worship services. Worked well and interfaced easily with the Dell laptop computer that is being used to mix the video and audio steam we are sending out to the internet. Very easy to set up! The fact that it shipped with a cable and head phones was a huge plus in making the purchase price a great value. We have only had it in operation for a few weeks, but so far, its performance has been flawless.

Very pleased so far with this product. The interface is small but solidly built. The headphones are good quality both in construction and sound. The XLR cable is also pretty hefty and the connectors seat securely in my mic and the interface. The set-up was a bit involved, but the step by step tutorials made it easy to understand. And there are several free recording program downloads included. I downloaded Protools First. It looked a bit daunting at first but there are several tutorial videos and PDF guides available. Overall, I'd say this is a great product and a great value!

Don’t pay extra money if you think it’s a good deal to get it with the headphones. Headphone basically the worst sounding I ever used. Sound so bad. Mix cables just normal cables so save some money and just buy the interface and cables separate not bundle with the headphones.

Had an issue setting it up over Windows 10 (had to delete and reinstall drivers) and logging into the site to download the additional software bundles was a bit clunky. Other then that not to bad.

I haven't had any issues with this at all, works perfectly. The setup for software and the like is easy enough. I do a lot of bedroom recording, and this is more then perfect for that. The headphones are great, I can't recommend this enough for getting started

I love how simple this was to setup. I had to play with the knobs a couple times and then I never had to adjust it again a year later!
