I am very happy with this tub. I have three dogs (two long haired shelties and a chihuahua). Taking all three to the groomers cost a bundle. So, over the years, I have invested in a grooming table, my own clippers, a dog dryer... I pretty much had everything I needed except a practical tub. So, I was still taking the dogs to a self-serve dog wash for their baths. This completes my dog grooming tool kit. I had no problem assembling the tub. It fits inside my guest bathtub perfectly. It is light enough that if I have company, I can easily move it. It is pretty stable given that it needs to be wider at the top than the bottom to fit in the tub. I can't think of how the stability could be improved. Yet, I worry that it could tip over. So, my next move is to tie the tub to a handle on my bathtub so it can't tip forward. Even with that, I would not leave a dog unattended even for a minute in this tub to be on the safe side. I put some of the no-skid material they make for under carpets under each leg and in the bed of the tub itself to keep the tub from sliding and to give the dogs a bit more traction while in the tub. The groomers self-serve tubs have a container at the bottom of the drain to catch hair before it goes to their floor drain. I love that idea. So, I am going to set up a trap for the hair between the drain of this tub and my bath tub drain next. The tub is huge for the chihuahua. If it was full, the water would be over her head. My two Shelties fit in perfectly. My older Sheltie is oversized (40lbs). She still fit in nicely. It is a tight fit. But, she is calm enough that it should still work. All three dogs know to hang their heads out of the tub to keep their faces dry... wont they be surprised when I still wash their heads because the water will just go into the main tub. :) Overall, I am very happy with this product. It solves the stress on the back issue, the hair in the drain issue and the doggy head out of the tub trick. I am planning on introducing the dogs to the tub slowly so their is now issue with them trying to jump or knocking it over. All three went in and had a few treats in the tub already. Next time, I will introduce some water. I did run some water through the tub without the dogs in it and it worked as expected. The drain and drain tube were dry. All water went through to the end of the drain pipe. No surprises. I would definitely recommend this product for small dogs or maybe medium dogs that are very calm.

For reference, 60 year old 5'2" woman. EASY construction, just me, tool included and my own pliers. Took me less than 30 minutes alone, 2nd set of hands could make it quicker I'm sure. Didn't need the instructions, but I did use them and referenced them more when installing the 3 different drain gaskets than anything else. Easily lift it and move it by myself. Probably hold 100 pounds (or more) it is so stable it would easily hold a human child and not break your back. Perfect height for me to weekly bahe a Toy Poodle show puppy. Would easily fit a Standard Poodle, Lab, Doberman sized dog. Impressed and pleasantly surprized that it exceeds my expections ... and they were high. If I find a fault, I will update the review.

It's FANTASTIC! Have used the tub 4x now and am so happy with this purchase. A game changer in terms of giving me an edge over the dog to make a bath happen. Plus saves my back. And isn't my dog the cutest thing you ever saw?? 😊 The tub is sturdy and high-quality, yet light enough for me to easily carry as needed. Dimensions were accurate in the product description, so it fits in a regular, non-luxury sized tub as I had planned for. I know other reviews mentioned difficulty putting it together, but honestly, I put it together myself, and I'm not always that good at such things. If I can do it, you can, too--just follow the directions carefully. I do caution purchasers that if you think your item is missing screws, search the packaging material carefully. One of the parts is supposed to have some screws already attached, yet a couple were loose in the box. True, as some of the other reviewers mentioned, this tub doesn't fold up for storage, but what you get in exchange is the solidness of it. I don't have a spare bathroom I can leave the tub set up in like some of the other reviewers, but I gladly, gladly give up some floor space in my bedroom for this tub! A valued item in my home that will shortly pay for itself in terms of money that otherwise might have been spent either at a groomers or driving to a DIY dog wash (and even chiropractor bills that may have happened from washing a struggling dog at ground level)!! Not to mention the convenience of bathing at home whenever we want to (well...the dog never wants to...). Seriously, each time we use this tub, I am so thankful to have it. Great choice, great purchase.

So many good things to say about this product and seller. I ordered the white doggie tub to help my back. I used to hunch over the tub on my knees to bathe my 2 dogs one at a time. My shower has sliding doors so it was always a difficult task and would wreck my lower back. This tub has saved my life! I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend the tub and the seller! About the product: The tub is a perfect height and size. It’s sturdy and was very easy to assemble myself. It has built in spots to put the shampoo so it stays in place. The drain works perfectly and did not get clogged. The hair was collected in the provided filter type piece and I was easily able to grab it so it doesn’t go into my tub drain. It even has hooks to attach a harness to keep the pups in place, but I didn’t need to use that. The tub stays in place since the feet have rubber on the ends, and it doesn’t wobble around if the dogs move in the tub. After the bath, I rinsed it off and wiped it down, and it looks brand new. So easy to bathe the dogs and very easy to keep the tub looking new. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase this years ago! About the shipping and seller: The tub arrived very carefully packaged, no damage. I hadn't opened it for a couple months bc I didn’t need to bathe the dogs yet. By the time I did open and assemble, I realized a single screw was missing… it happens sometimes! I reached out to the seller via Amazon messaging and they mailed the screws. Didn’t receive them and followed up. They sent them again and provided tracking this time, and I just received them. The seller was very nice and helpful! So grateful for good people like them out there! Thank you again for your amazing support!!

I have been looking for a bathtub, something that’s both easy to move, and good quality for my dogs. I had been looking at this one for a week. I finally decided to buy one, and found out that it was the best investment I could’ve made. First, it was so easy to put together. I didn’t need the instructions, but if you needed them, they’re easy to follow. 2nd, you can adjust it to any height making it easy to use for those with problems in your back, etc. 3rd, the hose to drain the water is flexible enough to put it anywhere. 4th, you can secure your dog. I can go on and on in giving you reasons of why you should get one. You can put it inside the shower, tub, outside, etc. I hope you all enjoy it the way we are. Thank you.

I needed a washing surface to bathe my 3-yr.-old mixed Shih Tzu. Getting down on my knees in my bathtub wasn't an option so I typed in "bathing" in Pet Supplies on Amazon and this came up. My first reaction was, wow, this isn't cheap but it looks perfect. Adjustable height, large enough for my dog, lightweight - it hit all the marks. I slept on the purchase for a while until I finally decided I had tortured myself enough and bit the bullet. My dog deserves a good bath every now and then but she certainly doesn't like them. With this tub I can more easily bathe my nervous dog without hurting myself or my back so overall I'm happy with it. My only issue was installing the adjustable feet/base to the tub. After I'd assembled the base and was ready to attach it to the tub, one side of the legs wouldn't insert into the tub at all so I had to use considerable force to make the legs go in. At one point I thought the leg I was forcing in would bend or, worse, break. I had a hard time and the results weren't 100% satisfactory so I ended up with a slightly crimped tub. I suppose I can adjust one of the leveling feet but I don't really want to mess around with it after I'd installed it and gotten the right height adjustments. Oh, I also have no use for the drain hose since this is a portable tub that won't be affixed to one location permanently, Frankly I don't see the point of including a drain hose for a portable tub. Having said this, this is a great overall product and I still recommend it.

Our bathroom tub is pretty narrow, so I looked around carefully and bought this product because of its slim width. It turned out a bit longer than I expected, but thanks to that, I tried bathing my two dogs together. I managed to finish it without any trouble or back pain! I think I can wash them more often now

This product is a game-changer. I have a French bulldog, and he hated showering. I wanted to give him a shower outside, and he kept on jumping all over the place. This really allowed us to give him a shower with less stress. I think it's one-of-a-kind. I haven't seen a product like this anywhere else, so I am very appreciative of it. It's a great product, and I highly recommend it.
