  • Love this tub! Love this tub!
Color: White
It's FANTASTIC! Have used the tub 4x now and am so happy with this purchase. A game changer in terms of giving me an edge over the dog to make a bath happen. Plus saves my back. And isn't my dog the cutest thing you ever saw?? 😊 The tub is sturdy and high-quality, yet light enough for me to easily carry as needed. Dimensions were accurate in the product description, so it fits in a regular, non-luxury sized tub as I had planned for. I know other reviews mentioned difficulty putting it together, but honestly, I put it together myself, and I'm not always that good at such things. If I can do it, you can, too--just follow the directions carefully. I do caution purchasers that if you think your item is missing screws, search the packaging material carefully. One of the parts is supposed to have some screws already attached, yet a couple were loose in the box. True, as some of the other reviewers mentioned, this tub doesn't fold up for storage, but what you get in exchange is the solidness of it. I don't have a spare bathroom I can leave the tub set up in like some of the other reviewers, but I gladly, gladly give up some floor space in my bedroom for this tub! A valued item in my home that will shortly pay for itself in terms of money that otherwise might have been spent either at a groomers or driving to a DIY dog wash (and even chiropractor bills that may have happened from washing a struggling dog at ground level)!! Not to mention the convenience of bathing at home whenever we want to (well...the dog never wants to...). Seriously, each time we use this tub, I am so thankful to have it. Great choice, great purchase. ... show more

  • Excellent Product Excellent Product
Color: Blue
This High Quality tub saved us from the terrible back pain every time we bathed our two pups. The size is perfect, even for big dogs and the height is perfect. All components are very sturdy and my husband said it was very easy to assemble. Thanks so much to the vendor who kindly honored our shipment to Puerto Rico! ... show more

  • Very well made and sturdy
Color: White
Very well made and sturdy. I got this because my back hurt after washing my dogs in the bath tub. No pain after using the flying pig bath tub to wash my dogs. I have a 25 pound Boston Terrier and a 23 pound French Bulldog. The tub was plenty big enough for my dogs. I did wash them separately. The strainer in the tub caught a lot of hair but I put a sock on the end of the drainage hose to catch the hair that got through. My husband put it together. It must not have been too bad to put together because I didn’t hear any bitching and complaining. ... show more

  • Very happy with this tub
Color: White
I am very happy with this tub. I have three dogs (two long haired shelties and a chihuahua). Taking all three to the groomers cost a bundle. So, over the years, I have invested in a grooming table, my own clippers, a dog dryer... I pretty much had everything I needed except a practical tub. So, I was still taking the dogs to a self-serve dog wash for their baths. This completes my dog grooming tool kit. I had no problem assembling the tub. It fits inside my guest bathtub perfectly. It is light enough that if I have company, I can easily move it. It is pretty stable given that it needs to be wider at the top than the bottom to fit in the tub. I can't think of how the stability could be improved. Yet, I worry that it could tip over. So, my next move is to tie the tub to a handle on my bathtub so it can't tip forward. Even with that, I would not leave a dog unattended even for a minute in this tub to be on the safe side. I put some of the no-skid material they make for under carpets under each leg and in the bed of the tub itself to keep the tub from sliding and to give the dogs a bit more traction while in the tub. The groomers self-serve tubs have a container at the bottom of the drain to catch hair before it goes to their floor drain. I love that idea. So, I am going to set up a trap for the hair between the drain of this tub and my bath tub drain next. The tub is huge for the chihuahua. If it was full, the water would be over her head. My two Shelties fit in perfectly. My older Sheltie is oversized (40lbs). She still fit in nicely. It is a tight fit. But, she is calm enough that it should still work. All three dogs know to hang their heads out of the tub to keep their faces dry... wont they be surprised when I still wash their heads because the water will just go into the main tub. :) Overall, I am very happy with this product. It solves the stress on the back issue, the hair in the drain issue and the doggy head out of the tub trick. I am planning on introducing the dogs to the tub slowly so their is now issue with them trying to jump or knocking it over. All three went in and had a few treats in the tub already. Next time, I will introduce some water. I did run some water through the tub without the dogs in it and it worked as expected. The drain and drain tube were dry. All water went through to the end of the drain pipe. No surprises. I would definitely recommend this product for small dogs or maybe medium dogs that are very calm. ... show more

  • Very sturdy
Color: White
I really like this tub but sadly I had to help my furbaby cross the rainbow bridge just months after purchase. Used it once but she fit nicely in it. I have the back legs in my garden tub and the front legs on the floor. Even with the long support bars off the tub was still pretty sturdy and did not wobble at all. Some sort of grate or mat maybe about 4 inches high to place in the bottom for dogs that cannot stand very long or just lay down during a bath would be nice to allow the water to drain. My dog was a long haired dog and couldn't stand while in this tub. Needless to say her body blocked a lot of the water from draining and made it difficult for me to get as much off her as I could. Tub was still a bit low for me and my back still ended up hurting. All in all tub is very nice, husband had no problems putting it together as all parts were there. Personally, I wouldn't place a dog much bigger than a Pekinese in this tub, which is what my dog looked like. Any bigger of a dog and there will be no room in the tub to work around the animal. ... show more

  • Holds my 46 lb doodle!
Color: Blue
What a game changer! A friend suggested an elevated tub when I confessed it was just getting too hard to wash the dogs in the bathtub, especially the doodle. I chose this one based on reviews. It was easy to put together as long as you just finger tighten the screws until it’s all together. Then tighten with the provided allen wrench. I did find a small rubber mallet to be helpful when squaring the legs. It fits nicely in a standard size tub. And is light enough for me to carry easily to store in the shed. The tub was solid with no sliding or wiggles when each dog was in it. Drained fine until the doodle planted her furry paw right on top of the drain. When I got her paw moved, the water swooshed right out. All my dogs hang their heads over the edge of the tub when getting their faces washed. Now that water drips right into the regular tub instead of all over the bathroom floor. Cleanup was quick and easy once baths were done. And the best part - no backache for me! ... show more

  • Nice tub for a great price! Nice tub for a great price!
Color: Royal Blue
I bought this tub beecause it looked sturdy, and the legs were narrow enough to fit intoy tub. After reading the one star reviews first I had some concerns about the assembly of the tub and the report of sharp edges on the drain. However, the assembly went smoothly and the drain came with a black plastic screen over the metal drain preventing doggie paws from making contact with any sharp edges. I also found that the edges were not sharp at all on this version of the drain cover. My other concern was my dog panicking because it does wobble a little (even when properly leveled). So I acclimated him to it by introducing him to the tub in the living room. I put some kibble in the soap dish moulding and held him in my arms outside the tub so he could just lean his head over the edge and eat them. Next he watched me toss some kibble into the tub and I then I lowered him in to find them. I held the tub steady but he didn't seem bothered by the slight movement. He was focused on finding the kibble. I kept tossing kibble from one end to the other so he would have to spin around to get them causing the tub to move slightly. He had no issues with it, so next I moved the tub into the bathtub, leveled the feet and repeated the process. No problem. I think a few more repetitions before actually bathing him in there and he'll be fine. It's also going to save my knees and back--no more kneeling beside the tub and struggling to scoot Atlee close enough to the hand held shower attachment to rinse him off! ... show more
