    • Much, Much Than the Stock Lever

The product is made well and should last a lot longer than the stock lever. It feels more sturdy, and is at least partially made out of metal. On my model I did not have to bend the rod which protrudes out, but I did have to shorten it. Luckily the manufacturer put small grooves down the length of the rod, so that all you need is on or two pairs of pliers to break off what you don't need. You can use a hacksaw too, which would be a lot easier. I installed this lever in both of my toilets due to the cheap ones the toilet mfg supplied kept breaking. I've had these installed for a month so far with no problem yet, but will update this review if I need to. ... show more

Perfectly fine replacement handle. These last 3-4 years before breaking which, given the price, isn't bad I guess. I wish someone made a high quality and stylish part like this but my choices are either basic Fluidmaster or really expensive and ugly. Note that these can be painted and since I have platinum colored fixtures in one bath and oil-rubbed bronze in another, I just buy white, sand it lightly with 0000 steel wool, and then paint. Pretty straight forward installation, however this isn't quite a universal replacement part. The flusher handle is slightly larger than normal, so unfortunately when the toilet seat is up, it ends up resting on the handle rather than the toilet tank lid. If your current lid overlaps with the flusher, think twice before buying this. ... show more

Much better than the standard lever from American Standard made out of plastic. I got tried of spending more money for an OEM part that lasts a fraction of the time. This is simple to install and lasts 10 times longer than OEM.

I purchased the item new but it arrived opened. Additionally the handle is wobbly due to cheap plastic parts attaching the handle to the metal rod. The handle has a limited range of movement so it did not work on my new delta prelude toilet from HD.

    • Not universal. Do not try to use on tank with side lever

Horrible product, especially if you are using this on a side mount. The idea is that you bend the arm so that it functions on a side mount tank. This is extremely inaccurate and has so much slop in the movement that it is essentially useless.
