It installed easily. It took longer to get the product out of the package than it did to install it. It would be a great idea if the president of the company was handed one in still the package and asked to try to get it out of the package without injuring himself and requiring medical attention. It only took a minute to install it and get it working. It fits perfectly. The only difficult part was getting the handle and the arm not to droop. This took a little fidgeting around with it. What you have to do is pull the handle off, then with one hand raise the arm till the chain is tight - then press the handle back on at the correct angle. It might take several times to get it right. The handle looks a little droopy but not the end of the world. Fluidmaster's instructions say: "To rotate the handle pull the lever arm out of the mounting base and rotate it in the position or angle you want and snap the handle back into position." ... show more

This Fluidmaster flush handle just works. It is adjustable to fit well in any configuration with clear pictured instructions on the package. It might take a minute to see the many adjustments that can be made but it will work. This is so easy to install that a 5 year old could do it. It works so much better than the replacement kohler handle I bought. I actually got this one to replace the kohler that didn't work right. I'll definitely look at this brand again if I need another handle. It works perfectly!

If assembled correctly, with the inner valve having arrow markers pointed upwards then it will work fine. If you don’t have the arrow markers for the inner valve pointing upwards, the lever won’t give you a smooth motion. I posted questions to the customer service here and they responded within 2 business days and that really helped. ... show more

The bar on my old lever broke. It must have been ancient, no clue how old it was, the entire thing was rusted. I decided to try this plastic lever instead of the standard type. Front-mount handle? You're probably fine. Side-mount? Also probably fine. But if your handle is on an angle, this might not fit. It didn't fit my toilet; the hinge sticks out too far! Fortunately it fit another (front mount) toilet, whose handle (Korky 6062BP) worked in my angle, so it wasn't a wasted purchase. In that toilet, it was a very easy install. The handle is sturdy, pretty easy to adjust, and the handle looks nice. Would buy again - if it's not an angle! ... show more
