Leaky Flapper Easy to replace. I couldn't figure out what was wrong because the leak was so small that the tank would slowly drain and then not refill. Sometimes they leak and it continuously runs and you know either clean or replace the flapper. This was so slow that i had to put a tiny bit of koolaid in the tank to color the water and in about an hour i could see the leak in the bowl.. replaced the flapper and no more leaks. Their Total Rebuild Kits are great too $25 and rebuild the entire tank and a new handle. Worth the money and easy to do yourself. ... show more

The Fluidmaster 502P21 works great. I had to troubleshoot it a couple of times at first, but that ended up being my chain adjustment, not a product issue. Once I set the chain right, it flushed perfectly. My toilet used to do those annoying “midnight runs” because the old flapper seeped and let water run all day and night. The 502P21 completely stopped that. No more random refills, no more wasted water. If you’re dealing with water seeping around the flapper and you’ve already wasted money on other brands that didn’t fix the problem, I definitely recommend this one.
