I ordered 2 of these, 1 dark grey & 1 light grey. They do come vacuum sealed & even though I took them out & let them rest for 2 days, the wrinkles were still there. I took my steamer to them & it did the trick. It's super soft & not too thick. I can easily throw them in the washer if needed. Great value! ... show more

Ordinarily I don't review products but this time, yes. Not machine washable -- had I known that, I would not have purchased. It is a very, very flimsy; the backing is lightweight rubberized fabric that doesn't lie flat on the floor. When you run your hand across the pile, you can see right through to the backing. All in all, you get what you pay for. In my opinion, it's not suitable for any high-traffic areas (hallways, etc.) and you'd be better off just having this to put somewhere you need an accent, etc. ... show more

This rug came in a box, folded up and shrink wrapped. Due to that shipping method, there are deep wrinkles in the rug that will take quite a while to come out. To be honest, this rug is closer to a blanket than an area rug. It is extremely thin and poor quality, it will not stay down on hardwood floor due to the wrinkles and the thinness. That being said, it is very soft, but I can’t say how long that softness will last before getting matted if placed in a high traffic area. ... show more
