we have a king sized bed - and got the king size frame. however there seems to be at least 1.5 inches on each side of the bed where you can see the wood slats, and about 5 inches on the top or bottom depending which way you push the bed where you can see right through to the floor. Not sure if this is how all frames like this one are but this is how ours turned out. Purchased on a Saturday, delivered via FedEx on next Thursday, well within expectations. Instructions are clear and well written for a build yourself model with hex head bolts. Assembled solo in about an hour. Some of my pieces were missing the letter stickers but easy enough to figure it out by the pictures. Only negative is that I wish the headboard was longer, it's only about 20 inches top to bottom. We like using our box springs so the mattress is only about 8 inches below the top of headboard but still great. Fabric quality is good and attractive. Overall very happy this far. ... show more

It was easy to put together. Looks nice and is very sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the headboard is TINY! The picture is very deceiving which was quite disappointing. However the overall product is good which is why I gave it 4 stars.
