So, this is sort of funny, but speaks to the quality of the product. The person who does my hair ends with a product to style the cut. Last visit she applied a new hair product, Its was light but but worked great. I texted to get the name of the "gel." She responded. "LOL... My barber put this on, and I had to ask what the product was. I immediately bought it on my phone in the parking lot right after my appointment. The smell is amazing, and it makes my hair look sharp and awesome. I'm giving this 4 stars because the packaging was slightly loose, and a little bit of liquid came out. There are no Floyd's 99 shops here in Texas. Thus, reliable Amazon was checked for availability. I am grateful to be able to buy it here and have it delivered by Amazon.     • The pump Fails. Packaging matters.

I like this product, however, the past several times the pump has failed when it gets down to to about a third of the product to go. Then you need to lose the pump and tap the content out. It doesn't have to be this hard to use the product as the manufacturer can just put a squirt nozzle on the top and call it a day. Instead - they keep these defective pumps on the bottle.
