The Floor Gap Fixer Tool kit works exactly as advertised. I was able to close a 1/4' gap in my stone vinyl flooring with ease. The sucking cup and hammer are well crafted, with a thoughtful design and construction of durable steel and rubber. I can't imagine ever needing to replace them. My only complaint is minor. The web page makes it clear the kit comes with two knee pads, but only one was included. Even without any knee pads, though, the kit is well worth the price.

As others have noted, the whole thing doesn't work unless you use the provided adhesive pads that you have to stick to the floor, and even then, you have to keep switching them out to get a clean one. Otherwise, the suction magnet thing keeps sliding loose. Also, the hammer seems too flimsy. I was able to close a few floor gaps, but overall not an easy project. Also, as others have advised, make sure you clear the gaps of embedded dirt or dust before getting started. Blow them out, or use a handheld vacuum to suck out the dirt.
