I liked Flonase (regular) just fine, but wasn't crazy about the smell (and how it kinda post-nasal dripped into my mouth, ick), and my allergist recommended this to me anyway because I'm prone to nosebleeds and sensory overload. I gotta say, this fixes everything that I didn't know bothered me about Flonase. The bottle shape and mechanism encourages proper placement of the medicine (away from your septum), and is easier to use. The mist is finer and less jarring, there is no smell/taste at all, and much less residual sniffling. It's easier to see how much is left, and the cap is secure for travel. (But you do have to squeeze it pretty hard, but that's probably a good thing for child safety and not accidentally falling off). I don't know yet whether this will help my nosebleeds, but will report back. My recommendations: (always first shake the bottle) and then to open the cap, think of it more as a squeeze/pinch motion and less pulling. Then for administering, use opposite hand for each nostril: right hand to spray into your left nostril, left hand to spray into right nostril. This will make it easy to direct the spray towards the wall of your nose rather than the septum by accident. ... show more

This Flonase is amazing!!! No more sniffing this medicine and it dripping out when you have a stuffed up nose. It just sprays up your nose and stays there. No smell or taste and it works great.
