    • The Most Seamless Protector Out There

This is an initial review on the installation and first impressions of this screen protector. As of typing I have only had it on for about 24 hours so will refrain from commenting on durability. I picked this case after reading several reviews on screen protectors for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I usually refrain from using screen protectors for three main reasons: the first being I can always tell that a screen protector is on due to sizing of the glass. It alway seems that the screen protectors have a noticeable edge to them that doesn’t run to the edges of the phone. I understand this is often times with case compatibility but this seam always attracts hair, dust and other particles that get caught in the edges. The second issue that comes due to the first is that because of these edges, chips and cracks are much easier to occur. This of course makes me want to remove the screen protector and install another. The final reason is instillation. I have used a lot of different screen protectors for various phones over the years and no matter how good the kit, instructors, and my pressing is, I still seem to end up with bubbles that I can no get rid of which ruins the whole experience for me. Enter FloLab. The instillation guide is very easy to follow and the items included also have step by step instructions so you can follow along both ways. When I reached the final step of removing the instigation bracket, I was unsure if the screen protector applied or was still in the brackets. That’s how easy the install was and how seamless the glass is. Had I not seen one small bubble on the edge of my screen (which I removed with the applied squeegee) I would have continued to think there was no screen protector on. The edges of the glass have a curved finish to them providing a smooth transition from the screen protector to the phone itself, adding to that feeling of not having a protector on. I currently have a Spigen MagSafe case on my 15 Pro Max and when running my nail between the screen and case I cannot discern where the glass is. I would compare this feeling to using Samsung Galaxy or other curved screen phone without a protector on. I think this will increase the overall durability of the glass with no sharp edges to chip or crack but that remains to be seen. My final issue is the claim of the anti-glare coating. This was not the reason I bought the screen protector but is a clear main marketing point for this version. I haven’t been able to notice a significant reduction in glare on my screen which is a shame. Overall, I think the pros of this screen protector heavily outweigh the cons. It is not the most expensive screen protector out there but it certainly is on the premium end when it comes to price. However, I think the perceived longevity of this product, combined with its quality and easy instillation make this a must pick for any iPhone user ... show more

    • Broke with a hairline crack the first week. Read UPDATE!!

Boy my hubby went on and on how this was gonna be great. Even watched YouTube videos with him. Seemed legit. My husband has never really needed to replace a screen saver in the past maybe once that I remember. I am the one with little hands and tend to drop the pro max phone I have. He does not. One week after putting this bad boy on and there’s a hairline crack in it. Tried to process a return and it’s a hassle and a half. Can’t find the order or order number. So it’s still on his phone. He says it’s guaranteed but we can’t get a hold of FLOLAB. So if you read this it would be nice to have it guaranteed and replaced. UPDATE: Was contacted by Flo lab. Only to be told to file a warranty claim. Which we tried to do originally and the form kept telling us order not found. I explained this to them and they still asked for us to fill it out again. Just replace your product! It has a hairline crack. The phone wasn’t even dropped. What a run around. Dont listen to the YouTube reviews. This is not a superior screen saver. And customer service is a joke. Still not replaced. Still no resolution from FloLab. They could easily send a new one and we can return the one we have. But nope. Hassle back and forth. I’m at the point where we are just going to order something else. UPDATE NO 2: Again being asked to use the warranty through the website and their website will not honor my Amazon order number. What a run around. They do respond but want nothing with actually helping solve the issue which seems to be their website. It should not be this hard to return something that has a lifetime guarantee. Had we purchased another brand we could have returned it for a refund or had it replaced by now already. Now just processing a full return through Amazon and if the money is not returned I will escalate this further through Amazon. Be followed their process and it didn’t work. They stated in their emails it did t work and still want me to try it again through warrant customer service team. Which they claim is “friendly “ . Well who is emailing me? Because you’re not friendly and not helpful. And when I’ve told you I’ve followed the process once already why ask me to do it again. I’m not a moron. It’s just a run around.     • It is great, but…

I would like to give this screen protector a 4 or 5 star rating because it is great. However, there were and still are some issues with it for me. First off, although the installation is simple enough and all the provided installation parts are great, I had an issue while installing it. I followed the instructions to the “t”, but when I pulled on the tab (slowly as stated in the instructions) to remove the film covering the sticky part that is supposed to attached to the screen, the tab came out and the film covering the screen did not. So I had to remove the screen protector and the installation jig, remove the film covering the screen protectors, made sure that the screen was lint free, installed the phone into the installation jig that was still holding the screen protector and I was able to install it. Everything looks great and looks like it is lined up. However, as soon as I installed my case the bottom right edge of the screen protector lifted up. I pushed down on it and tried to get my case to sit on top of it and it seemed to work. Fast forward a few hours later and that same corner is lifting up. I push it down and readjust the case and I comes back up at some time during the day. So… what do I do? Do have to replace my case? I paid about $40 for one screen protector and there was not indication that it might not work with my case, which by the way is just a simple clear case nothing fancy. Anyways, if it stays down it is a great screen protector. Maybe I’ll reach out to the manufacturer and see what they say. Update: I contacted the manufacturer Flolab and they were very responsive and agreed to replace my screen protector. I had to pay for shipping ($9.95) but that is part of their warranty program. I increase the rating to 5 as their customer service is superb and the product is as well (as long as the installation kit works as it should).     • Great screen protector but not for the price

It’s a nice screen protecter that’s easy to install (though you only get one so don’t mess up). Fits my phone perfectly, it looks nice, and feels nice to touch and swipe on. The reason I’m giving it two stars is because only a few days after installing it I began to notice TONS of micro scratches. You only notice them when the light hits them right, but you can definitely feel them. I wouldn’t feel the need to give it two stars if it wasn’t for the price. When paying $35 for a SINGLE screen protector I expect it to be flawless. My old $5 screen protector didn’t have this issue. Everything else about the screen protector is great though.     • Easy install, looks good, terrible durability

This screen protector isn’t the worst product on Amazon hence the 3 stars but it has very poor durability for the price. Not everything that’s more expensive is of higher quality! This is after one single drop and not a high or hard drop. This is also the 2nd one that I’ve purchased and I won’t be purchasing another one. Pros: easy installation, looks amazing on the phone, feels amazing like your original screen, infinity edge makes it hard to tell you have a screen protector. Cons: durability, price. Even though the list of cons is short, they outweigh the pros because on of the most important things we look for in screen protectors is their durability and lifespan. Paying $40 for a screen protector isn’t bad if it will survive a couple of falls. Hope my review helped you make the best informed decision! *EDIT* flolab reached out to me and offered me a brand new screen protector and they also reminded me of their lifetime warranty. Really like flolab. Superb quality great anti-reflective coating, almost as good as original AR coating on iPhone 15 series, not one of those matte anti-glare that reduces clarity. Have had several as I've dropped my phone on concrete several times and get good warranty replacement (just a bit more than shipping $9 or $10 I think). They do scratch when metal or sand gets rubbed on them by accident - so I've also bought multiple ones too as that was definitely my fault. The original iPhone screen in 13 and 15 series also scratches under similar circumstances!! Like all screen protectors you have to be entirely dust free and skilled when installing and gently pushing out any bubbles if the screen didn't evenly cling. The profile smooth 3D edge is nicer than others I've tried (ESR or very cheap ones) on the 13 and 15 Pro series, no "edge" feel edge swiping when not using a case. Note: this fits easily with the Rebel Flex case but on another phone I have with a Rebel Crystal the case is just a bit tighter and the screen protector wouldn't fit under the case edges unless I installed the screen with the case on (otherwise the case pulled the screen protector off). ... show more

Buyer Beware. Flolab will not support there lifetime warranty if you purchase on Amazon! I have a very simple crack in the corner of my screen protector. My phone in its case fell less than 1 foot into a wood floor. At this price point with Flolab’s claims this should not have happened. I thought well reputable as Flolab is it would be an easy warranty replacement. I could not have been any more wrong. I have gotten nothing but a huge run around from the start. I tried to contact Flolabs. It is next to impossible. You cannot find an email or phone number listed anywhere on their website. So no problem I can just use the warranty request form on the Flolab website….Wrong! The web form does not recognize Amazon order numbers. After hours with a chat bot I finally was able to send a message to Someone who emails me a request for the original invoice from Amazon. And a photo of the damage as well as a full screen shot of the screen protector. I sent all three the same day in a reply. I waited and two days later. I was asked once more to send the requested information. I replied that I already had replied with the requested proof of warranty. To be sure I sent it again with my reply. Again I wait and again. I am sent a message that if the requested information is not sent in two days my ticket will be closed. To heck with Flolab. I am a returning customer for years and this is an ultimate failure. I will take my business elsewhere. I recommend any reading this do the same !!! ... show more
