I love this skirt! It’s so light weight and flattering. The slit up the side is cute and sexy. Material is breathable and it doesn’t stretch out throughout the day. It does wrinkle easily, though. Definitely be sure to follow the washing instructions or it will shrink. I can’t give it 5/5 because it lost some of its shape after the initial wash even when I did follow the instructions. You just may need an iron!

So first and foremost this skirt is $25 - so my review will be mindful of that when addressing quality. Secondly - not all the skirts are the same. The slits and zipper location vary depending on which print you order. The sizing differs across the prints as well. I recommend ordering 2 sizes and trying on; especially if you’re getting more than one of the styles. I ordered two different options in two different sizes; the black with the gold flowers and the black with the red, white flowers. The black with flowers has a more modest slit that comes to the lower thigh (I’m 5’3). The medium was too large - but the small fit in the waist. There does see to be a lot of fabric in the hips/draping - which I was not expecting. I’m a pear shape - so I anticipated it being more fitted in this area. It hung loosely - almost shapelessly. I have 38’ hips and a 27’ waist. 140lbs. The black and gold was way worse. The small wouldn’t zip and the medium was huge. Both have a ton of draping in the hip (like above) - which makes the silouhette sort of lazy and unflattering. The slit on this one goes up much higher - upper thigh. Sitting & leg crossing definitely requires a mindful approach. Both skirts are a cheap polyester. It’s a scratchy, rough feeling fabric - not soft at all. No stretch (which in my opinion is perfect for an a-line skirt). All in all - it’s a $25 skirt and it’s pretty much what expected for the price. I anticipated having to try & buy to find one that works for me. Ultimately I did - and it will get a bit of wear and they are very versatile and on trend for this spring / summer. Is it worth $25? Yes, if you’re willing to work a little to find the right one.

I did read that depending on which one you ordered the material was different. But maaaaan, I sized up as suggested. I'm between a medium and a large so I purchased an XL. Still too small. Its definitely made more like a pencil skirt. And has no give. If you are thin in the waist you should be fine. But, I'm not. It's very vibrant and true to the pictures. I really wanted this to work, but it's not in the cards.

This orange red skirt is a different material than the other floral skirts available on this same page. This is more like nylon, and it has no weight to it, therefore hangs strange. The color on the red is lighter than the photo, more orange red, but the rest of the colors are much darker. Strange how they managed to photograph this in a way that it looks so good. :-) The teal blue is more like a darker greenish teal, than that an attractive lighter bluish teal. Anyway, I did not keep this one. BTW, bought 3 more in different colors and almost all have different material. Yellow flowered is the best among all, but that looks more like a nightgown. :-) The most attractive was the Yellow one with large pattern/flowers. Size M fits me; 5.8 and 135 lbs, hits me below my knees, and the split is up to mid thigh. I might cut this skirt to fit at or above knee; I prefer that length.

For reference I’m 5’3 175lbs . I’m size 10 in jeans and bought a large and it was too small. The XL was still a little snug. There is no stretch but it was very flattering.

I love the skirt overall for summer super flowy, light and fun; plus high waisted. The cons are absolutely no stretch. I got a medium I am 5’4 active/fit build 130lbs and it would be hard for me to sit for long periods of time because it’s tight with no stretch. I would probably order a large next time and it would be more ankle length than mid length. I am definitely also going to wear white or tan underwear because in the sun it’s slightly see thru but could also just be this print. Also it has a zipper so that could add to the no stretch. BUT I would buy again!
