I unfolded this solar charger and noted that the interface has DC, USB-A and USB-C. This is convenient for various devices to be charged. I placed the unit in the sun (hung off balcony railing) and attached a simple set of earbuds to charge and they immediately started charging. I was pleased that I didn't need to use any adapters or special cables. I also charged a battery backup unit without issue. The unit is compact and quite light. The material seems to be durable and seems like waterproof enough for inconvenient cloud bursts. I would take care with the interface covers - they aren't water proof but look to be able to deflect minor water. Overall this met my expectations - RECOMMEND. ... show more

YMMV: The power rating is waaay off - but I *love* the compactness and flexibility of this panel set. So I will use it for backpacking and emergencies noting that. PRO: Very compact fold up PRO: Very Flexible PRO: Does have raw solar out (whatever solar voltage - not forced to 12v - so good for a MPPT controller) CON: No where near rated power NOTE: Power was compared to quality monocrystalline 2x10 watt solid panels. They are almost this size - so no way this panel can be 36 realistic watts even under ideal conditions - actual measurements confirmed this - about half the power of the similarly sized monocrystaline 20watt panel set ... show more
