The media could not be loaded. It's a great desk, very modern and sleek, and I'm really pleased with it so far. This desk is shipped in 2 separate deliveries. The legs and feet arrived first and on time. The desktop arrived later, and 2-3 days late, but I'm not complaining, because I understand that it's a heavy item. I'm just grateful that the main components (the legs and desktop) didn't arrive damaged. One part that was slightly damaged was the baffle, which was slightly dented in 2 areas. I chose to overlook that because it's not an electrical component and also isn't visible. It's a piece that's used to cover the motor on the underside of the desktop, presumably to, as the name says, baffle the noise of the motor. Also included was a chunky, hard plastic rectangular block, with a Flexispot logo sticker on it. It's purpose is for mounting a monitor arm that uses a clamp. The underside of the desk has a narrow lip and needs a block to support a clamping mechanism. It also comes with a cable management tray, which is helpful in hiding at least some of the wires. As for the assembly, it was easy to put together, the instructions were fairly clear, and the screws were separately bagged and marked. The assembly kit includes a screwdriver and 2 Allen wrenches. It took us about 40 mins to unpack, assemble, lift and move into it's place. The electronics work well so far, and thank goodness for that! The desk moves up and down effortlessly, which is awesome. The drawer is a tad smaller than I'd expected, but functions well and is made of all metal, not plastic. The drawer is one of the reasons I bought this desk, because I liked that the desktop didn't just look like a flat slab with sharp corners, as many standing desks do. It has a drawer and looks like a real desk and has rounded corners, which I think is very thoughtful design. The bamboo top is beautiful: very smooth surface, clean and bright looking. The wireless charger works fine. Some reviews have said that their phone gets too hot while charging, I don't find it to be a problem. Just make sure that your phone and it's case are wireless compliant, don't use the phone while its charging, and it shouldn't overheat. That being said, it does take up some desk real estate, but is still a luxury convenience. Before I bought this desk, I did a lot of research and it took me a long time to decide what desk to buy. There are a lot of choices and details to sort through when buying an item like this. I wanted to make sure that my money is well spent. I finally decided upon the Q8 because: 1. Its the right size for my setup (55x28) 2. The desktop is made of bamboo, a natural material 3. It has a metal drawer 4. It has dual motors and can lift 220 lbs. Although it was a higher price than I'd planned on paying, I do think it was worth it. I'm very happy with my new desk, I can now stand and work/game when I'm tired of sitting, and do so in comfort and style! ... show more

Great adjustable standing desk. Arrived sooner than expected. It was packed very well with protective foam. Despite several gashes in the outer packaging, the product inside arrived in pristine condition. Assembly took about an hour. The instructions are clear and best of all, the fasteners were labeled in individual packages. No trying to figure out which is bolt A or screw B. The desk itself is great looking, and high quality. The white with bamboo top has a clean, classic appearance. The desk adjusts quickly and easily and the center drawer is very handy for storing supplies. It’s very sturdy and stable. This desk is incredibly sturdy and the size of the workspace is sufficient for two monitors and a laptop with room to spare! I love the ability to preset multiple heights, and the built-in wireless charging is amazing. I also like that I can charge my wireless keyboard and laptop easily with the USB charging options. With the right extension cord, multiple cables can easily be managed underneath the desk, giving you a clean workspace. Assembly was straightforward. Very pleased with this purchase! The desk looks great, feels sturdy, and the height adjustment is incredibly smooth and easy to use. The dual-motor system makes transitioning between sitting and standing effortless and quiet. My only small wish is that there had been an integrated drawer option for a bit of extra storage. That said, a small two-drawer cabinet placed underneath the desk works perfectly and keeps the workspace clean and organized.     • Nice sturdy desk

PURCHASE AND SHIPPING: Bought this during 2023 Black Friday and shipping took forever (took a while to ship out and also FedEx shipped it across the country by mistake). The item was shipped in two separate packages. I received the first half very quickly; however, it took almost another two weeks to receive the other half. I was afraid that the item would be damaged since it was being shipped across the country and back. However, it was packaged well and there were no noticeable damages. I won't knock off any stars for that but be aware if you purchase during peak shopping season. INSTALLATION: Anyway, it took us two hours to fully assemble the table. Instructions were okay and we had to go on YouTube for some of the steps just to be sure we were doing it correctly. We didn't end up using the under the table cable management. I believe you needed some extra tools to install that. They do provide most of the tools you will need to install. USAGE: I've been using it for a month and so far it has been great. The table is nice, sturdy and spacious. The movement up and down also feels very smooth. I also love that when it hits something (while going up), it stops so it doesn't cause damage. The drawer is a very nice touch so you can put any notebooks or miscellaneous items away. The preset height buttons are also easy to set and use but they do feel very sensitive and can activate upon slight touch. The wireless charging has proven to be very helpful! I use it everyday while I am working and do not use my charging cable at my desk anymore. As a warning, your phone can very warm (especially if you have a phone case on). I would not leave your phone unattended for a long period of time. Overall, it would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice standing desk! ... show more
