I purchased the smaller desk and even this has a lot of room for my monitor, stands, small computers, and other items. It was packaged well and didn't have any defects out of the box. Assembly wasn't overly difficult and the instructions were clear. When I connected the bar to the desktop, I did notice there weren't any pre-drilled screw holes for the two center screws. You could use a small drill to start the holes but all I did was press down with the screwdriver while turning and this enabled the screws to be connected. Desk raises and lowers with ease. The bottom legs are thick and the desk is sturdy, even when elevated. I installed a cord basket (purchased separately) to the back/underside of the desk and this keeps the cords organized.
