No rise time necessary!
I have celiac disease & typically make pizza from scratch at home. This has made it possible to fix pizza without having to plan ahead for allowing the time for the crust to rise. I have only used this with gluten free ingredients, but I am sold! Used to be available at the grocery stores, but they stopped carrying. So glad I can get it here.

Super pizza
I love this yeast for pizza, it's better then regular yeast and just as easy to use. Only took off one star because of the price and it's harder to buy now.

Fantastic Product
Fast delivery. Expiration Date still a long time in the future. Love this yeast for making quick pizza’s as you can use immediately and/or let rise as desired, also allows dough to stretch without ‘snapback’. Fleishman’s is a great brand and have used this yeast for years - since it came out. Was in the groceries stores where I used to live but unable to find at our new location and was glad to see on Amazon.

Who knew?!
I had no idea there was packs of yeast specifically packaged for pizza dough making! Fleischmens, should have this in all stores. I realize it is most likely packaged to market to a demographic of diy pizza makers! I tried it using the recipe they have printed on the back - turned out great! I like that there is no proofing, waiting for dough to rise… Recipe is good - I add spice to the mix like Italian seasoning for example… anyway, very good and recommend.
