Love this yeast for making quick pizza’s as you can use immediately and/or let rise as desired, also allows dough to stretch without ‘snapback’. Fleishman’s is a great brand and have used this yeast for years - since it came out. I do not know what there is about this yeast but yeast makes the dough taste like pizza dough. It's not artificial, it's just something that they do and it's what I use for our twice monthly pizza dinners. And for heaven's sake, use the recipe on the back! I bought a dozen or so packets since in Alaska, stuff isn't always available when needed. We highly recommend this yeast for homemade pizza. ... show more
