We found our sourdough would easily overflow with 24 oz jars, and there was not enough room to consistently bake each week. We made sure the glass was completely lead-free and extra-thick so you won't have to worry about your jar cracking We've included multiple accessories you'll need to get your sourdough starter going. Each package comes with instructions on how to create your first starter. All you need is flour + water + 5-6 days and your starter will be ready to use! We've included a plastic sealing lid so your starter doesn't dry out when you are storing it in your fridge We've sized the jar so that it doesn't take up too much space while storing in your fridge while still having enough room to consistently bake. Switch to the fabric lid so your yeast can breathe during your activation stage.
