For those of us who can that pressure canner can turn dark gray inside. A tablespoon of this in some tap water, let sit a few hours, jiggle around and poof. It's like a brand new pressure canner inside. I highly recommend this over vinegar.

I use cream of tartar mostly to stabilize meringue when baking. I use a lot of eggs and generate quite a bit of meringue for different types of desserts. I have had good experience with Happy Belly products and this is no exception. This cream of tartar performs very well in my recipes. The flavor is neutral. This is a good value and a better price than I was able to find in my local grocery store, and better also than other differently branded on-line products.
