Excellent starter. Made my sourdough journey so easy. Any one looking to start making sourdough, I would highly recommend this starter. I started with only a tbsp and did not follow the directions of using all of it. 8 months later and still feeding off that small amount.

The creator of this really makes it easy because she gives very specific easy ,to understand ,directions for the first 7 days and then what you do for maintenance .
