Edit #2: so we received our replacement flashlight and I have to say I am impressed. The customer service is AMAZING and the replacement flashlight is not having the problems as the old one. The light is so bright we can see clear across the corn field next to us and even between the rows at night. I am 100% satisfied and will be back to buy more light for our go bags! This is just nitpicking but the battery is 3.7 volts with 5,000 milliamps just like all the other rechargeable flashlight batteries around here that I have except this one the batteries are huge. So now if you have a recharging station like I do I'm going to have to buy another rechargement set to put my big ole batteries on. Like I said it's nitpicking, flashlight is great. Was a pretty good light for the price. Charge lasted a decent amount of time. That is until the rechargable battery wouldn't charge anymore. Could use triple A batteries but it's not as bright that way.
