First, when ordering on mobile app the picture that shows up for a 1 set says 4 pack. While I thought that was way too cheap to be true it was deceiving. No big deal, I only needed the one anyway. Here's what is really upsetting, upon receiving the chair there is a sticker on the bottom that says weight limit 225 pounds, where it is advertised as going up to 300 pounds. I can't return this as I was buying to replace one broken while renting a vacation house, so it was sent to that house. So if you are on the heavier side DO NOT order this chair, it is flimsy and will break! ... show more

This chair arrived yesterday and is fine except for one of the little plastic feet on the legs was broken. It won't stay on and without it, the chair wobbles. I messaged the manufacturer; I want them to send me a replacement. I'll update this review when I hear back. Otherwise, chair seems just as expected. UPDATE: The manufacturer responded to my email and promised to send me a new plastic cap for the chair leg. I received two in the mail a couple of days later. Thank you! ... show more

These chairs are well made and very tight. I bought them for casual use during holidays when we need more chairs for our dinner table. They performed well and are back in the closet. What I will say, and the reason that I did not rate them a 5 stars is that they are pretty light compared to another set I have from 10 - 15 years ago. The difference in weight is very noticeable and what this means to me is that these chairs are made from much light parts than in the past. I am sure they will be fine for casual use, but wonder if they have the durability to make it through very frequent use. ... show more

Everything arrived as promoted. Also, the packaging was on point. Nothing damaged. Bought them for a Christmas party so guest could walk into our backyard and be comfortable around our fire pit and table. It was a perfect!

This chair was very comfortable, but not very durable. It was used daily and the rear crossbar broke off within three months. The chair completely fell apart two days later.

These chairs are the most comfortable folding chairs I've used and they are the best price. Do note that different colors have different prices, so shop a bit to find the best choice for you. I bought my first one several years ago and it has held up well - still looks new.

GOT THESE 2 CHAIRS FOR COLOR TOUCH IN A DRAB BROWN & BLACK DECOR. THAT SAID I MUST CAUTION IF LIKE ME YOU HAVE WOOD FLOORS. THEY SLIDE & COULD CAUSE YOU TO MISS SEAT & SLIP & FALL. I SOLVED THIS BY SANDING THE FEET ON LEGS WHICH WORKS BUT MUST CHECK EVERY DAY TO RESAND. SANDING TAKES THE SLIPPERY EDGE OFF. IT WORKS. JUST WANT THESE SO I DO THIS DAILY. .I DONT MIND. They're strong for their weight and easy to move and store. Obviously not as comfortable for long periods as something padded or contoured, but not bad at all for a metal folding chair. You're not paying for luxury, obviously, but they're not as flimsy as some others in a comparable price range, and they fold up smoothly. ... show more
