    • Excellent Customer Service
Color: OLIVE_L Size: 90.55*35.43
I ordered this bag for my camping trip to replace my bag that had a busted zipper. The bag arrived and seemed great! There was a slight odor but a spin in the dryer solved this. I left for my trip. The first night I got in the bag and it wouldn't zip past my elbow. It wasn't too cold so an extra sweatshirt did the trick. When I came back I contacted the company. Amazing customer service!! I explained my issue. They were very sympathetic. They offered to send me a newer replacement bag that was bigger and roomier. It arrived and I couldn't be happier! I now have a warm bag with a great zipper that I can use properly on my upcoming trips! Thank you Poepore for the wonderful caring service! ... show more

Color: OLIVE_L Size: 90.55*35.43
This was also purchased as a gift to keep in a car during commute when the weather is snowy or icy, and the possibility of sliding off the road and being trapped in your car while waiting for EMS for a tow truck, it was high. The gift recipient appreciated it, and it was also useful if the power goes out at their house. ... show more
