They fit seamlessly into my flange and felt great. I did use some coconut oil. Just be careful of how much oil. I used too much the first time and it became somewhat of a mess. Less is more.

These are not my favorite flange AT ALL. The material they are made of does not allow your nipples to contract that it should. These hurt so bad!!!
