I received the blinds and was excited to fix my broken "premium" blinds I had paid ~200 for. But the hardware is plastic, and had broken in shipping. I contacted the seller through Amazon, they apologized and sent out replacement hardware. I got that ~2 days later and it's up and looks great. The big box stores wanted $50 for similar blinds and they would have had to be cut. My window width is 26 1/4 inches and I ordered the 26 inch. Fit perfectly. The mount clips are plastic, so hopefully they don't snap, but I'm happy with the purchase and ease of installation!
