Read the details because honestly I overlooked it. The weights and Barbell come in separate packages so, before you report any items missing just wait a day. I got the weights first then next day the Barbell. Its exactly as described and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

the bar itself I like. it's solid and 14lbs. When you add weights to it, even if just a simple 15 lb each side, the spinners to hold em on spin loose no matter how tight you make it. really irritating to have to ci Stanly tighten them back down.
