This is a very reasonably priced media stand that's strong and stylish. I bought this for my office system because it matched pretty well with my existing furniture and was large enough to hold my Onkyo receiver. This is a really strong unit. The shelf sizes are large enough to accommodate my Onkyo 900 series receiver. I don't really have any other components in my office that I needed to put on this media stand, but the size and shape of the remaining shelves was great for displaying other things I wanted to show. Assembly was very easy, I had no trouble at all and everything went together correctly the first time. The top and bottom shelves are the ones that can handle the majority of the weight, but if it's assembled correctly you should have no trouble using the middle shelves for components as well. Some have sighted stripped out screws and shelves that can't handle the weight they want to put on them, but if you put it together as the instructions indicate, it will handle the weight it claims to. Keep in mind that if you use banana plugs to connect your speakers, you need to account for the added depth that that creates. My suggestion would be to measure you components from front to back, including any jacks. If you don't measure, then you get what you get and it's not the fault of the manufacturer. You always have the option of ditching the banana plugs and connecting the speaker wire directly to your amp or receiver. Another thing I like about this stand is that it's very easy to hide any cables you have. I spent a little extra time to secure some tie wrap blocks to the back to the vertical supports. This allowed me to use cable ties to secure all my cables to the back side for a clean look. My blocks are screwed in place but you could just as easily use self adhesive blocks. Either way, you have options if you want to hide all your cables. The finish on the Dark Walnut version is really nice. It's MDF covered in vinyl wood grain, but it's well done and doesn't look cheap at all. The color compliments the black support members very nicely. There's leveling feet included if you're going to place this guy on a hard floor of some type, which is a good feature, and means that your media stand won't rock at all. All in all a really nice stand. It's very reasonably priced, looks very good, and is strong enough to hold most audio/video components. Very happy with it and I have no complaints whatsoever.

This 4-Tier AV Media Stand is a solid, well built and appealing unit. It is easy to assemble and a great addition for my audio equipment. It comes with a cable management bracket and two adjustable shelves. One part of the instructions did not match the actual parts received (the plastic corner insert shows 2 screw holes in the instructions, but the actual part only had one screw hole), however this did not affect the assembly or overall sturdiness of the unit. I did inadvertently ding the bottom shelf installing my stereo which didn't seem like it took much effort to do. However, I was easily able to cover it with a furniture marker. So, be careful populating this unit with your equipment. The price was commensurate with the quality. I am not at all disappointed with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

Looked at some pricier options, but just couldn’t justify it. Wasn’t sure on this, but read a few reviews and figured I’d give it a shot. The wood veneer is nicer than I expected it to be. The frame is steel. Very sturdy. I have a turntable on top, one old vintage stereo receiver on shelf 2, two vintage CD players stacked on shelf 3, one vintage integrated amp and another newer smaller class D amp on top of it on the bottom and it holds everything, no problem The directions could have a few highlights or tips to make assembly easier, but it wasn’t that hard —- (1) Not sure why that have you put the frame together, then screw it together later. Because in Step 2, they have you put the upper and lower shelves on and the stand just won’t stay together while you try to do that. Then you get step 3 or 4 and they tell you to put the cross brace screws in. I saw the holes, dunno why I didn’t think to look ahead as the frame collapsed 4 or 5 times on me because nothing was holding it together to put the shelves on. Guess it would be fine to follow the directions if you had a helper hold it. Or, just put the screws in during Step 1. Lol! (2) The rear supports only go one way. If you put them on the wrong way, the pre drilled holes for the cord “organizer” on the bottom (it doesn’t organize much TBH) are on the wrong side. I’ve thought about mounting a surge protector on the back and the wood or MDF or whatever appears solid enough to do that. (3) The shelves have steel threaded “push ins” (I’m sure they have a name, but I don’t know what it is). Those have to go in past the wood edge on the side. Make sure you put them in with the flathead facing out or you can turn it to line it up with the screw hole. And, I would suggested putting the screws in, then removing them, before putting the shelves in. That way everything is lined up and the screws go in easier when it is on the frame. The shelves are “adjustable”, but you do have to screw them in to the two options on each shelf available, so plan that out accordingly. Because you are not just removing the component and adjusting the shelf like you would on a bookshelf. Overall, I’d buy this again. It is a nice looking piece even with the steel frame. The shelves are solid for MDF or whatever they are, and the veneer is a nice wood pattern and color. It deserves the 5 stars with only one star knocked off for “Ease of assembly” due to unclear and slightly unnecessarily complicated directions.

I did not want the updated version because cheap, color changing LEDs are notoriously hard to color match. It helped I save a couple of dollars, but that wasn't why I went with the older, unilluminated model. Assembly was a fairly calm affair with fewer than 30 profanities used across the assembly time. I feel like fewer than 30 is likely a marker of project success. The only difficult part was mounting the middle shelves. It would've helped immensely if I'd had a second set of hands for that process, but I made it work solo, so it's something a single person can finish in 30 minutes or less. And when I say this is a solid unit, no aspect is thin or flimsy whatsoever. While I didn't get out my calipers, I'm quite certain the box steel is sufficiently heavy that you'll need completely unreasonable loads to cause any failures or any sort of damage. The whole unit weights 45lbs. I've got a Fitueyes TV stand coming next week, and between the two, I'll have a very stylish setup. I don't give 5 stars unless something changes how I greet the world, which is a very rare. A 4 star review is me highly recommending it. And like I said, I've got a matching TV stand en route.

Well guys, looks like FITUEYES, despite their terribly unmarketable name, could very well be the next big thing in high-quality home furnishings. I bought this because I needed an A/V stand that looked good, was sturdy enough for my components, and didn't cost several hundred dollars (I don't know why competing stands cost literally HUNDREDS of dollars more, these audiophile gear companies are out of their gourds) This was amazingly easy to assemble with good instructions, the fit and finish are top tier, and it looks great in my office. The platforms are also generously sized to acommodate even larger components -- resolving a common problem with lower-end audio furniture. I recommend this without hesistation if you don't want something with unrealistic shelving expectations or have wads of cash to burn on something from Salamander.

I’m not easy to impress but this stand definitely does. When moving the box off my porch I knew at least it was heavy which usually is positive and that the delivery people wished the porch was closer to the road. The contents were adequately protected from damage . Every part was labeled as well as all the connectors with a good diagram showing the sequence of assembly. It was a little hard getting some of the bolts lined up to the shelves because you could’ve see but once one or two were attached everything else was perfectly aligned and easily completed. It is very rugged and looks much more expensive than it’s priced. The finish of the metal frame and the shelves were flawless. Having bought some name brand stands in the past the looks of this compete well. If you haven’t guessed I am very happy with this purchase and would buy this brand without hesitation. It took me a little longer that some of the reviews mentioned but as a result I was able to avoid mowing the lawn one more day.

It is rare that I would give such high praise to a product. Not that I'm super critical, but it's just that the items I buy are usually after some research and reading some product reviews, so I'm rarely surprised to find something that truly exceeds my expectations. But this FITUEYES Design 4-Tier AV Media Stand is one of those rare products that really make me stare and go "WOW!". Everything is just right about this product, from the easy assembly instructions, down to the materials used and overall design. It is super sturdy, looks great, and just touching and handling it gives one a feeling of great quality. I paid around $130 for this, and given the level of quality and overall usefulness in my application, I feel it was well worth it. If you're looking for a great audio stand, look no further and buy this with confidence. You won't be disappointed. As for its application as an audio stand, what is particularly great about this unit is that the lowest shelf is large enough to accommodate amplifiers that are on a larger scale. If you're familiar with audio equipment, then you know that some of the Emotiva XPA power amplifiers are very large and heavy. This unit is tailor made for these types of amps. About the only negative I can think of is that this unit could benefit from one more shelf. That would make it perfect!
