This watch worked really well for the first seven months I had it. It functioned just as it said it would and survived the intense heat of the summer when I bought. The Amazon Alexa feature was easy to set up and the app is fairly self explanatory. I bought the watch in July of last year and it held up pretty well. For the low cost it does a very good job. However, for the past four months there have bee countless issues: the watch will not properly sync to the app even when I follow the handbook instructions, the watch will completely reset all my fitness data from the day multiple times each day, the screen won't turn on when I click the button, and it has stopped consistently charging. The band is also difficult to clean and it collects dust and dirt super easily. I tried to reach out to their customer support about a month ago and I never got a response.

I recently bought this one because I had the older version and it stopped working. The battery life in this newer version doesn't seem to be a good as my last but an AMAZING watch nonetheless! I feel totally nailed without my watch so I was incredibly impressed worth the quick shipping. Also, this one is SILVER!! Which want an option before, but my last one was black and after a lengthy period of time is started to get scratched and chip... I took off a star for the battery life. I will update after 6 weeks of use. UPDATE!! Battery life is much better! Took about a week and a half for my sleep to record correctly and I want having to charge it every other day. Now I'm charging it once a week!! 5 STARS!
