This may be the highest quality kit I have come across. Unlike most cheap plastic or silicone workout bands this literally weighs over 2 lbs.! As the description and images suggest this can be attached to just about anything - from door tops to trees and everything in between. I particularly appreciate that it comes with a mesh carrying bag, and a wall chart of suggested techniques. My only concern is that it’s with a 58% discount and it is STILL $25. It is definitely worth the $25, but once the discount is no longer available, nah, it would be way overpriced at that point. Always a bit leary when introducing new equipment into my gym, as the lion’s share of items at this price point are typically garbage. Not at all the case here. From the initial impression opening the box to my first (albeit pathetic) workout, this item has really impressed me. First, quality. Since you are basically going to be dangling from this thing at some point, you need to feel secure. Straps, stitching, clips, and clasps are all first rate. No worries here as long as you install it correctly. Next, instructions to install are clear. More importantly, a poster of dozens of exercise variations are included too. I haven’t even scratched the surface yet myself, but look forward to working through them all. I permanently attached mine to a ceiling joist in my basement, and it is rock solid. I used a heavy duty hook to get going, but I will swap it out with a true eye hook for peace of mind. Regardless, I’m 6’2” and 250 lbs, and I feel as safe as mother’s milk using this thing. Very pleased.

I was always a bit disappointed when working out at home because I couldn't replicate the full range of exercises I do at the gym due to lack of the right equipment. That changed when I discovered this fitness training strap HomeKit. I never knew this existed for my house. The design is ingenious; it's sturdy enough to support my weight without needing to be heavily installed into a post, you can put it on the door. The rope itself is robust and well-built, I initially attached it to my door, but then switched to my weight bench it just feels more secure to me that way and I have everything in one area. I like to work outside and tend to go out in the yard so one of the things I like about this the most is that you can attach it to anything so when I go outside I can take it with me and it easily attaches to my small tree when I do outdoor workouts. It's also effortless to attach and detach. The kit comes with a user manual and a poster illustrating different exercises you can do with it, so it’s beginner-friendly, if you’re new to using these types of straps. Additionally, it includes a carrying case, perfect for taking it with you on outdoor workouts or if you want to store it after using it.

You will get awesome body weight work and do not let that mislead you into thinking it is easy. The upper body workouts I did with this strapped to my bedroom door were more challenging than the dumbbell workouts. The difficulty level can be adjusted by how close you are to the ground, and you have to focus to stay balanced. The straps are very high quality as well as the handles. The poster is a nice touch with so many different exercises you can perform. You most definitely can work out your lower body too, but I do prefer free weights for my lower body. This is as good as the name brand but much more affordable, I highly recommend it!

I have been wanting to try these workout straps for ever, and they lived up to the hype! They are super easy to use, and you don't really even have to install them, you can just clip the hook behind your door and close it. That makes it super easy to use inside, outside, in your bedroom, in the garage, even at a hotel! The straps rely on your bodyweight to work your muscles, and you can use them at any angle so you can get every side of your muscles! You can also make the move easier or harder depending on where you stand in relation to the band. I highly recommend these!

I ordered the FITKIT Bodyweight Fitness Training set to add some variety to my works outs at home. I really like that I can use these straps inside the house or outside in the garden. I’ve just used them in the house so far by placing the strap on an external door. The straps and buckles are very sturdy/heavy duty and the handles are comfortable. I feel confident that they will hold my weight and that I won’t fall over. (This type of workout is new to me so I was a little nervous at first.) Included in the kit is a storage bag, manual, poster and QR code to show you different exercises to use with the training set. I’m looking forward to adding this body weight fitness training set to my workout routine and recommend it to beginners or fitness pros.

This is a very nice set of strong and simple resistance trainer straps that utilize your own body as weights. You adjust how much weight you need for your workouts by how you stand and the angles of your stands. The types of workouts are well displayed in the included color poster. The straps of this set are strong and 1.5 inches wide, the anchors are solid and thick, all these are neatly enclosed in a mesh pouch. I like how light and compact it is, and that it can be anchored almost anywhere, if it’s solid and able to support your body weight. It now has a place in my travel bag as I go places, the ability to have a nice workout will aways be available for me. I highly recommend it.
