This is my 3rd Fitbit Versa 2...I like it because it has the basic features I use daily. I did NOT receive the blue band (only the pink that came in the box), but I have read in past reviews this seems to be a common occurrence witb this seller. I have many bands, so I did not reach out to the seller about the missing band. Good experience overall. Update....my screen stopped working. It was fine in the morning, but when I checked the time later in the day, the screen was pixalated and green as if water somehow got into the watch. Then it died. I purchased this as I had another Versa 2 that I really liked! This one, I dont like at all! It constantly beeps while charging, the battery goes dead very quickly. I am so very disappointed in this item, I cannot recommend anyone to purchase it! It's been a total waste of my money! Now, the switch on the side to turn it off and on, no longer works. So very sorry that I wasted $150 on this, especially since I only bought it in September 2025 ... show more

    • Can't get new Fitbit versa 2 watch to go on phone!
Can't get watch to go on line (phone). Then when it gets close,they want money every.month for a subscription to put it on my phone. So to get the watch like I've had before, I decide to pay the extra money. BUT None of my credit cards will except the charge. Not Even my Chase card. They all think its a scam ( witch it really is). Maybe you should check it out. I have tried. it numerous. times. It is the Fitbit versa 2 watch. Thank you for hopefully checking this out. This is the worst.. Would not pair with phone, called support 2 days in a row and it still not paired. Refund.
