This was my 3rd fit bit purchased in general, first time from this seller. The device completely stopped charging, it then would get extremely hot while I was attempting to use different charges. Definitely a safety issue with it overheating while plugged in. They refused to do anything because it was 2 weeks out of the 90 day warranty. Waste of money. Update; I am happy with the replacement they sent me. If I had received this one the first time I would have gave it 5 stars. I was bitter. It happens. Packaging was fair. Communication was great. Not sure what "refurbished" means anymore. Shouldn't the microphone and speaker be tested. 😔😔😔

I bought this February 2024, and it is now not syncing with my phone. I have done EVERYTHING that is suggested in the manual, and it works for 24 hours and then not syncing again. I have never had a problem with refurbished items before, but this is an expensive item to have to replace. 3/19/2025: Now it won't charge, have new charger and it still won't charge! Everything came on time & as shown, have never ordered anything refurbished before but thought I'd give it a try. My old Fitbit Versa quit holding a charg about 3 months ago but I wasn't ready to just shell out $200-$300 to replace it. Also the technology has changed quite a bit & I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace it with? The recent Amazon Prime Electronics day got me thinking about it & I stumbled on this refurbished Fitbit Sense.
