This version syncs with your phone for texts and has really good ‘exercise’ tracking (proactively pushing options to ‘start a workout’. Kind of similar to Orange Theory, this Fitbit tracks in a certain fat loss zone. None of these capabilities did I expect from this version. I just lost an older version and purchased the more modern option and have been happily surprised. Battery life lasts for weeks! I like the product itself, but after having 3 die just shortly after a year (just outside the warranty period), I can no longer support this product. They should last several years, not barely one. Google it - many people experience the same thing. The products are not good quality if they die in about 13-14 months. ... show more

It is very hard to see the screen when out side, it seems to disappear & sometimes it is slow to acquire satellite & upload your steps in real time. That doesn’t really bother me, but not being able to see the screen in daylight sucks. Ya gotta get your phone out & read the app

I upgraded this from the basic Fitbit flex two and I’ve been very pleased with it. I’ve been comparing the heart rate with my Apple Watch as well as a heart rate monitor for my spin bike in there that’s far very accurate. Calorie burn is a little on the low side but that’s no biggie. Also the step accuracy is point on.. The only thing I really wish the app would allow me to do is to enter in my workouts. I do a lot of weight training and the app does not have this as a category-Also the calorie estimations are extremely low Other than that I really like the Fitbit. It’s durable and I also really enjoyed the sleep analysis feature (although I think it’s a little price! $9.99/mo!) ... show more

Watch will not pair/connect at all. I’ve tried all troubleshooting options several times (restarting, repairing, etc.) I will have to return… I was really excited & trusting of this refurbished item, said to be in “excellent condition”. Waste of time.

At first the tracker worked great. I liked the function on the side to see the data. Now for the bad part, I exercise, golf and generally working in the yard. The tracker stopped working every time I would sweat. Beating on it would not do anything. Even if I took it off my wrist and dried the band and my wrist. That's what happened to my Fit bit Lux. It just stopped working. So I tried the Fitbit Inspire, same thing. I'm really disappointed. ... show more
