Within the 6 months of having this ring I’ve noticed that scratches have only really appeared where I hit my finger against my computer mouse at work. The rest of the ring looks great! I have some sleep and health issues so this tracking has immensely helped me find out what I need to adjust. Based on your sleep score, temperature, and heart rate, the app will let you know if something is going on - especially illnesses. It’ll let you know something minor is straining your body when you are going to be sick the following day, then show major signs when you’re actually sick, which gives great peace of mind. I also started a new medication and my general scores lately, along with other factors, have shown that I need to revisit this medication choice. I’ve also really enjoyed the cycle tracking while being off of birth control, this along with ovulation testing has been the best hormone free birth control. This has been the most accurate tracking and prediction I’ve had, in comparison to Flo and Stardust. I absolutely love this ring and all it offers. I’ve recommended it to everyone who has asked about it in the 11 months I’ve been wearing it (24/7). I know at least one person who has purchased one based off of my recommendation. Lately, within just the last few weeks, I’ve noticed the battery life has decreased sufficiently. Going from 5-6 days between charges to 2-3 days. Then the last week, I’ve begun having connectivity issues. While frustrating, I love this ring. So much so that I was seriously considering buying another one. But that $400.00 price tag is steep. Today I decided to submit a question for help through the app. Within 5 minutes tops, the virtual assistant determined I was indeed having issues, confirmed the ring I have is in stock and informed me that a replacement would be shipped with arrival time at 1-2 weeks. I am just under the year (purchased 4/8/2025 and today is 3/4/2026) but that was unexpected and honestly, amazing!!! I am so impressed. We purchased the Oura Oura Ring 4 as a Christmas gift for our 20-year-old son, and it has quickly become one of his favorite gifts. He’s very interested in understanding his body better, and this ring gives him exactly that without being bulky or distracting.
