The reviews about it breaking are accurate. Difficult to turn, expect wide turns, no shocks and it to last about 2 months. We didn’t even use it off road because it’s definitely not equipped to handle anything more than a smooth surface. I purchased the addition protection through Asurion and it was practically a waste. Each time I spoke to them I was told it was a seamless process and I should have a resolution to my claim in 3 days. I opted to get it repaired initially. Sent pictures videos spoke to the service advisor when they would answer… Waited 2 months before I could even get my money back and the best part of it was that they gave it back on a Amazon gift card.

We purchased this and our granddaughters are loving this, oh and all of the neighborhood kids. Our 4 yr old is able to drive this also. We are pleasantly surprised at how long the battery lasts. 3 days of driving and is still fully charged. We highly recommend this product and probably will buy a second one.... as riding together is so much fun when your a child.

I ordered one for my son’s 5th birthday so he could have something fun and safe to ride around on. His 6 year old sister and 9 year old brother all learned to drive it pretty quickly and safely. After the third week I noticed it wouldn’t charge, and the lights from the battery meter would flicker on and off. I called customer service number and I followed their step by step instructions on figuring out what’s wrong. After I discovered water in the battery compartment, I realized the kids must have driven it during some rain on those previous days. So the company was nice enough to understand this and offer me two options: 1. Return it for a full refund or 2. Exchange it for a new one. They were really helpful when I needed them. It was a great toy for my kids but I did not want to take another chance on one and have it get rained on by these kids driving out in the open, so I got the full refund. I would just recommend anyone out there to be very careful it does not get any water on it. Other than that, it’s a very quiet, super fast lil machine. So that’s why I give it 5 stars :)

Kart stopped taking a charge after roughly a month, bought new batteries and a charger, still does not work. Also, bicycle, go kart and golf cart repair places will not touch this thing, so I’m stuck with a $1,000 pile of junk.

Any FIT Right Product, I'm sure is a piece of junk! Go-cart purchased was crap. 2 holes in gas tank and upon investigating the gas tank, it came completely off go-cart. Tried to return and they still have yet to help. Filed a claim with A to Z and they are obviously a very unintelligent group as a hole. Almost $600 gone and a piece of nonworking junk sitting in my garage. Any buyer beware and don't even WASTE your time with A to Z!!!! Tried adding video/photo and app is not allowing.
