This is a good fitness tracker at a great price point. Perfect if you're getting into fitness and don't want a big investment smart watch to hold you back from making positive changes! The app and watch are easy to navigate, I have been using them daily to help with my 2026 goals. What I've learned so far is this... First, log into the app daily so the watch and app connect to update your stats. If you miss days you lose your data. Second, plan your charges. If you're tracking activity (like a walk, run, hike, cycle, etc.) This causes the battery to go down faster. Not a big deal, until you realize you want to track an exercise and your battery is at 5%, meaning no tracking until you've charged the watch. Third, charging can take over an hour if you let the watch get really low. Fourth, you do have to download the app "VeryFit" in order for the watch to function (i.e. updates, save health data, etc.). So far, the watch and app connect and share data quickly. I have gotten logged out of the app, or my watch, and had to log back in (if this happens while tracking an "activity" you lose the data from that session). Overall, I'm really enjoying tracking my steps this year... all the other health data is a bonus for me. I genuinely believe the accessible price point and the watch and apps easy navigation has made a huge difference in my health and my outlook on movement. Hitting my goals and having my watch buzz with a notification about my hourly steps, or daily walking goal, or calories burned, is seriously little hits of dopamine throughout my day! Is this the perfect and most accurate watch? No, probably not. Has this watch given me motivation daily to show up for myself? Yeah, without a doubt! 🖤 ... show more

this watch and for the price point it has many of the features of more expensive watches. You can switch between songs and read your messages as well as control different functions of your phone. You are able to get your heart rate and monitor various activities by exercise such as specific sports like badminton, running, biking etc. You need to have a somewhat wide wrist because the type of watch plate is thin but wide on the wrist. This gives a sleek design, but if you have very small wrists, you'll want to take that into account. I’ve been really happy with this fitness watch overall. It does everything I need it to—accurate tracking, long battery life, and super easy syncing with my phone. My favorite feature by far is being able to control my music right from my wrist. Whether I’m at the gym or out on a run, it’s so convenient not having to pull out my phone just to skip a song. The only downside is the wristband it came with. It looks fine and feels comfortable once it’s on, but actually getting it fastened can be a bit annoying. It’s just not the most user-friendly design. Aside from that, though, the watch itself is awesome and definitely worth it. If the wristband were easier to deal with, this would be a perfect five-star product. ... show more

I really lke this watch! I wanted something to track my sleep and exercise and this does it well. I charge it only once a week. Pretty useless. I was prepared for a cheap step counter/basic watch and not much else. After 3 months it’s not even that. Watch will not update to daylight savings time, repeated attempts to pair with app have failed and now it’s not even a step counter. Return window closed Feb.10 so I’m out of luck. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for this watch that warned me I was very sick and I had no idea! I thought it didn't work when I first got it b/c it was telling me my blood Oxygen was low and my pulse was over 120. It kept telling me that I needed to sit down and rest even though I had been sitting all day. Turns out I had an infected cyst that turned into cellulitis and I didn't realize it. I actually only bought it for the GPS function but it seems the health functions work well enough. It has also inspired me to try the fitness functions and set all those up as well. This watch is not accurate at all. Do not buy it. It is cheap for a reason. I liked the backgrounds of the watch but other than that is tracked every movement. I have a desk job and I am 99% positive it was tracking everytime I moved my wrist.
