I think we can all agree that sitting upright in a way that's good for your back neck and spine is easier said than done. Most office chairs aren't designed to be supportive in all the right ways. A lot of jobs don't allow us to maintain appropriate posture easily and work efficiently at the same time. Wearing this device is like a consistent gentle nudge in the correct upright position lol It'll take a little bit of getting used to them to get on the right way and situated so that it feels comfortable but once you do you're golden. You can wear it over or under your clothes but I personally find it easier we're over but you have the option for either. The material that is made of is not rough so if it's directly against the skin or you only have a very thin shirt between it and you you'll be fine.

It looks a bit awkward, but it does wrap my body very firmly. I can still slouch a little bit but only if I slouch on purpose. The pole down the spine is long but I’m a short person (4’9) with 90lb so it’s nothing new to me. I like the product but it would be hard to wear it under clothing without it being noticeable

What I’ve really appreciated about this product is how it reminds me to sit and stand up straight throughout the day.
