The Fit Genius Back Brace fits me perfectly even though I was at the top of the size range that I ordered. Easy to put on. Soft and comfortable. Won’t be so obvious under my clothes like other brands I have tried. First I velcroed the belt itself around my waist, then I pulled the two cinch bands in the back around to the front to get a tight fit. Perfect. Like all other back braces I have tried, I assume that this brace will ride up whenever I am doing a lot of going from a sitting to standing position. But the relief I am getting from this brace was outstanding from the minute I put it on. Am going to order one for my husband too.

I ordered size Large which states that it fits waist size 37" - 53". I am a 42-44 waist and at just the biggest closure it is very tight. How can they say it will fit up to 53"? Why can't businesses be honest instead of lies to sell more products.

I have chronic back pain from lumbar deterioration and stenosis. This support really works well to stabilize my back while riding my motorcycle. This support is thin and lightweight. It uses removable steel inserts to keep my back in the proper position. Its easy to put on and is not bulky for use under shirts.
