I think this product is great as a preventative measure. I tweaked my knee a while back, and I just don't want to hurt it again. This product helps keep my kneecap in place, however, it is slightly uncomfortable to wear depending on what sort of activity I am doing. I bought this for my son(he’s a runner) who was having issues with his knee. He practices football and track everyday in high school so he never slows down. After wearing it for a week with the appropriate stretches and care. Knees in good shape. I asked him how he liked it and he said it was great, didn’t rub him, the Velcro didn’t hurt and helped him a lot. He’s one of those kids that is hard to please 😒. So all in all, the product was great. Nice material, did it’s job, helped brace my sons knee appropriately. Bonus points it’s all black. It can be hidden easily. Not to bulky either ... show more

Worked great first couple times I used it, then it started sliding down so I added a thin knee support and it stays in place perfectly. I have dwarfism so things don't always fit me like everyone else, Im sure if I had longer legs it would stay just fine. Would definitely suggest it if you have any knee issues, helps stop clicking and keeps the patella from popping out. ... show more

I've been struggling with my patella not tracking for about 2 years. I had surgery a year ago to help it, but it was still not tracking properly. Dedicded to try this brace to see if I could run without pain and now I am able to run 5 miles again with only some minor irritation. True to size measurements. My experiance was I had to pull it tight to work. With that said I have to add I am a large person so to get to what needed support is harder to reach. Body type I believe factors in.
