I use this mat for my daily Yoga rutines. I'm in love with the size of the mat as I'm a big guy. It is much more comfortable than I expected. My pro Yogie friends also loved the quality of it. I will update in the future after uses in a couple of weeks. Overall worth the purchase.

My knees and hips aren’t what they use to be and this pad is like 3 yoga pads thick. I go from a stationary bike to the floor and quickly learned to take my sneakers/shoes off as shoes will scar the surface. But other than that-perfect! Love the storage bag too.

I'm using this for dance cardio workouts with my Mirror. The mat is on carpet and it does move a bit but its not as bad as I expected. It comes with bag and also has a good strap for rolling securely. I still haven't managed to get one end to completely unfurl but its not stopping me using it. Overall, compared to the prices of other mats of this size, i think its great value for money. Its doesn't have any of those odours that other reviewers have mentioned with some of the branded mats. Only been using a few weeks so durability isn't a problem at the moment ... show more
