So far, it has proven to be a tough organizer. I was able to store many extra tools securely. The holes for the lures are nice, however I found them more useful by attaching the small fishing carabiner lanyards from Walmart to provide extra security for my tools. It doesn't slide down the bucket or move unnecessarily. The fishing rod holders could be a little stouter, but they work good to carry my ground pole holders.
