I bought this for my new camera since the mark 2 is known to have garbage battery life. The batteries are exactly the same in battery life as the stock battery. This isn't really a problem since you get the three in this. I also like that the charger itself has a USB end and not a straight wall outlet so you can use the charger as you are driving.
